In the days and weeks to come, Bergamo Pizza is going to undergo some pretty magnificent changes. Recognizing the need in the area for great fresh mex food, Chef Matt Donahue is going to be incorporating some of the great ideas he learned as a Chef for Rio Bravo into the cuisine at Bergamo. There will be some fusion dishes, but mostly it will be a chance to enjoy two great food styles in the comfort of one restaurant. We will be adding some new amenities to the restaurant, such as televisions and WiFi access as well as re-opening for lunch and introducing our new line of sandwiches and slices as well as the aforementioned fresh mex offerings. Who doesnt love queso with chips and salsa? We will change the name of the restaurant to accomodate this great new plan. Rest assured, nothing will change when it comes to the quality and freshness of our food. You expect the best and we'll try to deliver it everytime. Please stay tuned and continue to enjoy our passion for homemade Italian favorites with the excitement of Fresh Mex around the corner.
